Shockbolt tiles for 4.2.1

A question. Do people prefer the current colour scheme



or the old, dark scheme?



Discussion on this thread expresses some preference for the dark.

Opinions (of Shockbolt tiles users) please - I'm hoping to get 4.2.1 out before too long, so would like to nail this down.

Aha! I was thinking it would be good to be able to choose, but hadn't thought about that being actually implementable. I think we have a winner.

obviously dark; if we can have both, sure why not - but if we can only have one, then shockbold dark, please.

OK, next question. For the dark theme, do you prefer what's shown in the first post for the floors and walls, or:

i really dont know because i havent seen it implemented. I would say "stick with whatever we had previously".

Easier, when you see them in action. I like the contrast and not so dark floor on number 2. The details of tiles look better. Then again 3 and 4 have a nice gloomy feel in them. Number 5 kind of shows that the old wall and new floor don't work that well together.

I'm not a tiles user, but to me it seems that the monsters are much more visible in #1. We all know that black is the coolest color, but when both monsters and tiles are cool one can't really see much.

I like light theme. With it it's easier to recognize Shockbolt's monsters; they look best on light background as most of them made in dark colors

In that case from the images I posted number 3 would be the one. Maybe that should really be the Dark variant. It would differ for both, color and texture from the Light variant.
