tested, the ignore command uses energy. Somehow i feel this shouldn't happen, as this is only visual? i.e. the item is still there, you are not breaking it or anything.

The ignore command itself doesn't use energy - ignoring something may cause you to drop it, which does use energy. Try ignoring something that is already on the ground, that shouldn't use any energy.One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne

How are you seeing it using energy? I just tested ignoring something on the ground, and then unignoring it again, and it was still the same game turn. If I then pick it up and ignore it, it gets dropped and the game turn has changed.One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne

OK, I did precisely the same thing in current master, and I was only attacked when I moved between the items to ignore more of them, not when I actually ignored things on the ground beneath me. So if there was a problem in 4.1.2, I guess it's fixed; I must say, though, I really can't see from the code how it would have been possible.One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
