Wizard mode in windows

How can use the resurrect dead character feature from wizard mode in windows? I know in linux by using the -w flag but it doesnt work in windows.
I just lost a high lvl character and wanted to try morgoth.

Open your angband.ini file, and in the top section (before you get to [Term-0]) add the line

Wizard=1

should work.
