Colours for veins?

Hello!

I like to get gold out of veins early on, and I really like the different digging powers for various implements. One thing that it is a bit annoying is to keep looking over if the vein is magma or quartz. Would it be easy enough (and desirable) to have them in different colours, or different characters?

Digging -- not so much fun. Being able to buy decent stuff in the early game -- super fun.
