The equipment @ wears is her standard equipment while Andúril is just used as a 2nd weapon against poison-immune enemies and as a digger. I keep Turmil because of the immunity, not so much because I want to use that weapon.

My question: How important is resistance to disenchant and shards? Because if I swap Arvedui with Isildur, I could also swap the small metal shield with Elros and concerning my amulet of ESP, there is also the option to swap Holhenneth for the other unique helmet (pBlind and ResChaos would be major problems - again).

What do you suggest? I prefer resistances over AC and at least 2 "+" on the four basic resistances.

Anything else I should look out for? Like another + in poison, an item, or something?

    Thanks in advance!

You have >1000 HP, the only resists that are actually vital are the basic 4 (fire/frost/acid/electricity). You can survive a hit from any other element as long as your HP is >=800, or if you have rPoison, then you can survive anything as long as you have >=550 HP. IIRC the damage cap for shards is around 500, and for disenchantment it's 400. Both aren't especially common, with IIRC the biggest breathers being Gelugons for shards and the Tarrasque for disenchantment.

What do you suggest? I prefer resistances over AC and at least 2 "+" on the four basic resistances.
I don't really have an opinion on resists, but be aware that there's no benefit to stacking permanent resistances. You're either resistant or you're not, the damage is the same. The exception to this is that you can stack a source of permanent resistance with a source of temporary resistance (like a Potion of Resist Fire).

The thing your character is really missing is ESP. If you had that, you'd be ready to go kill Morgoth; everything else is in good shape.

      Thanks mate!

Concerning ESP, @ has two sources for that:
      1) Holhenneth => grants ESP by activation until @ moves again or uses an item
      2) Amulet of ESP => which I use when Holhenneth is charging and I need/want to know what monsters are around

These two items greatly help clearing vaults, because Holhenneth is also a short-range mapper and item-finder.

      Concerning resistances:
@stacking, thanks, noted! I stacked +'s because of the (old) newbie guide on thangorodrim.net because of the list "which resistance at what depth". Until now this list has proven itself very useful, so this is why I was stacking resistances.
@Chaos: How important is that? Until now I've encountered Chaos Dragons/Drakes, some other special monsters but nothing that breathes Chaos dmg amounts like Smaug/Glaurung/Ancient Fire Dragons.

Holhenneth is just an awkward Rod of Detection; it does tell you what enemies are around, but it doesn't do so constantly like true ESP does. Constantly having a source of ESP is extremely useful, so it's worth prioritizing. Indeed, if you didn't need your Trickery amulet for rPois, I'd say to wear the ESP amulet all the time.

The side-effects of chaos are irritating, but generally not especially debilitating as long as you have some Cure Critical Wounds potions handy, which you should all the time. Damage can be substantial from the bigger sources, but it's so rare that I can't even remember what those are (aside obviously from Great Wyrm of Chaos/Balance). I don't consider chaos resist to be a priority.

What Derakon said. You already have endgame gear. Throw out everything you don't see using in the final fight. (The only slot you might improve on is archery; it can make a big difference vs. Morgoth.) That said, you absolutely should get ESP vs Morgoth. His earthquakes combined with summoning make assymetric line-of-sight a major threat for non-ESP characters. ESP is just a whole lot safer all around. It's certainly more valuable than rblind/rconf, for which you can use a swap item in any case.

I agree with the above, with the caveat that I'd drop Anduril, and I'd lose Trickery (and its poison resist) in favor of ESP. You've got the HP to survive a full-power poison breath.

And I'd also like to point out that if I were Bella's dad, I'd be pretty disappointed in her. Even if she manages to kill Morgoth. He's a mage and she's a lowly warrior? Our descriptions don't tell us anymore, but if they did, I'm sure it'd say she's the black sheep of the family.

Your problem is that =CON. It wastes a precious ring slot. Equip Elros and Hammerhand, probably Rohirrim instead of Arvedui. You won't care about resists in the endgame. Since your speed is high enough, put =dam instead. And try to find a replacement to Amras too.

BTW: why don't you have Feanor inscribed with !!? For a warrior (or priest caster) an extra Haste activation is a nice lagniappe.

So you say if your father has a high IQ and you don't you are automatically of a lower class?

I heard that before from those Nazis and racist pigs that destroy our world. If you have kids, kandrc, I pity them because they have to deserve everything and never get the love all human beings need.

No problem with you hating me for no reasons but keep your rascist comments for yourself, this is not the place for it.

Seriously? I make what is intended to be a joke based on a common fantasy trope about arrogant mages, and suddenly I'm a world destroying, racist, Nazi pig who doesn't love his kids and hates you? I really hope you're kidding.
