I hate lava and dont want it in my game, is there a way to remove it for me in my game only, for example by modifying terrain.txt and replacing the lava entry with passable rubble data or something ? There is this warning sign heading the file that threatens crash and save file incompatibility when incompetent people (which I am) try to mess with it, so if anyone knowledgable could tell me what to do I would be grateful.

That should work fine - so replace the lava entry with this:Code:name:lava graphics:::u priority:13 flags:ROCK | PASSABLE info:0:1 desc:Ends LOS, stops missiles, bolts, and beams, and reduces the radius of ball desc:spells. May dissolve or be tunnelled to normal floor, and can be walked desc:through by the player and monsters.
