Where's my extra shot?

Hey all =)

So cruising along with my Kobold Ranger, kicking arse and taking.... whatever really, when I noticed that I am not getting an additional shot with Amras.... I thought rangers were awarded an extra shot at lvl 20 and 40? I'm at lvl 39 now, playing vanilla.

You should be getting 3 shots with Amras - how many are you getting?
