My 14-year old son Dennis was over this weekend. He's a competitive chess player and super-smart, but 6 months ago he was playing the worst games ever on his phone all the time. This enraged me so much that I got my 6-year old addicted to Angband as an antidote to make sure that never happens to him.
I tried many times to show more sophisticated games to Dennis, but he always just called them "those stupid numbers games." This from a kid who LOVES numbers.
This weekend, Dennis asked me to help him get started on Angband. I watched him play his first run ever and he was awesome! He's already got great dungeon habits, he's careful, he's thoughtful, and he loved it.
One question though. He's running Angband on Windows and he'd like to know where the save files are stored. I've no idea about Windows. Can anyone help with that?
