    APW borg on OS X

Has anyone (Pmack you seem to be the most likely suspect) figured out how to compile 306 or 307 with the borg on OS X?

    If so, how do?

I looked into this awhile ago, and could only get APW working for 293. I couldn't figure out anything newer, although I think he was working to get 309 working, at least back in October.

The borg for 309 is mostly working. There is a link to it on my webpge. I think only the source code for the 309 borg is linked. There are some changes to the game code that need to be applied. Those changes are listed in the download. I am pretty sure I included all the game code changes, if one is missing, let me know.

The whole zipfile seems to be missing as far as I can see

I can't help you with that, sorry. I did get it working at one point on 3.0.7 (I think), but I abandoned it when 3.0.8 came out and the borg was no longer functional. I can say that it is a pretty straightforward task. Mostly it requires fixing Makefile.osx, to add the BORG flags and the borg*.o object files.

Ok, the link is now fixed. There was a bad spelling. You should be able to find the 309 borg at this location.

If you find any errors with the zip file, let me know.

When somebody gets this compiled (for OSX), can they post it somewhere? Thanks.

Runs nicely in linux, thanks. The only wrinkle is that the file borg.txt (lower case!) needs to be in the .angband/Angband directory rather than lib/user (or at least, that's where mine needed to be).
