Might as well read those scrolls of Acquirement!
Looks like you are all set. Remember to bring your potions of Speed, Life and *Healing*. Keep your HP over 700. Don't rely on staves/rods because they will get drained.
Watch out if the Tarrasque or any heavy shards breathers are summoned.
With as many consumables as you have, you should be fine. -
Here, have my standard battle plan. It hasn't failed me yet.
1) Go to 5000'
2) Head to a corner of the dungeon, more or less (your goal being to make it so monsters that are teleported away go far away, and so that new monsters arriving on the dungeon are unlikely to wander into you). Cause a Destruction effect.
3) Wait for Morgoth to show up.
4) Use your best ranged attacks until he enters melee range, then switch to melee attacks. Or just hide behind a wall until he enters melee range; up to you.
5) If you take enough damage that you're uncomfortable, phase away and chug CCW or Healing (or, since you're a Paladin, cast Heal, but you have more than enough potions).
6) If you take enough damage that you're worried, chug *Healing*. Save !Life for stat drain as appropriate.
7) If Morgoth summons a single race (unlikely), use Banishment. If he summons a mixed bag of non-uniques, use Mass Banishment if you have it. Otherwise:
8) Phase away from the summons. Hide behind some rubble and let Morgoth come to you, then teleport him away. Then cause another Destruction, or pick off the summons with more Teleport Other.
The last step works because Morgoth is the fastest monster in the game, so in any race between him and other monsters, he always wins (especially since he doesn't care about walls).
Remember, this is the final fight; there's little sense in saving consumables for after it. So this is the time to drink potions instead of risking your 5% failure rate on spells.
Good luck!Comment

To add to Derakon.
Morgoth and Sauron can do 600 damage each with mana-storm. And Morgoth is likely to cast it several times in the battle. If you do anything besides heal or escape when you are under 600 HP, you are risking your life.
Other monsters in LoS make it more dangerous. A mana storm from Morgoth and Vecna on the same turn will kill any character. One from Morgoth and a Black Reaver will kill anyone below 1000 HP.Comment

A few thoughts:
The potential melee damage Morgoth does is larger than when he casts manastorm. 2x earthquake with crushes can do 700 hp to an unlucky character, so 700 hp is my threshold for healing.
My strategy is similar to Derakon's with a few addendums.
0) Don't be full. Gorging from drinking curative potions causes a -10 speed penalty.
1) Pre-buff in town with the following as necessary:
Store bought consumables: !heroism/?holy chant/!rFire/!rCold
Spells: resistance/shield/prot evil/resist fire/cold
Horded consumables: !berserk
Note that !heroism/!berserk/?holy chant don't add much to non-casters. Immunity to the appropriate element negates the need for double resistance.
For casters I tend to use a few !rMana or _Magi charges to recover mana as opposed to resting.
2) Head to DL100 and follow Derakon's strategy.
7) If Morgoth summons a single race (unlikely), use Banishment. If he summons a mixed bag of non-uniques, use Mass Banishment if you have it. Otherwise:
I typically wait until a strong crew of uniques are summoned and then teleport self away, but this is only safe to do once. Should a second strong crew come along, the phase/tele other trick works. The disadvantage of destructing hazardous uniques is Morgoth can summon them again.Comment

All great advice, just make sure if you phase and heal that youre inside the destructed area, if you get near the edge, heal then teleport M away and destruct again or return to the destructed area. Banish evil is great too, if you have 0% failure rate. Its been said already but don't get gorged from potions, happened to me twice. Now I bring salt water or mushrooms of purging in case I get full.Comment

Thanks for all of the advice, especially Derakon. I used your corner strat and it worked very nicely. The level was one of those cavern levels so it was quite small.
In the end I used 1x!life, 5-6x!*healing*, 1x?banish. I hit level 50 when he died too, so a nice finish to the game I think. I did use the teleport other on him about 4 times and destructed the summons. Paladins get the destruction spell, so it was quite easy. The biggest advantage was having the 3x?rune of protection. I wasted one because some big summons broke the first. But the other 2 gave me about 8 free rounds to wail on him. That made a big difference I think.
Will edit to put in link to ladder.
