The RNG has a sense of humor

Check out this randart amulet I found while playing the nightlies:

    The Amulet of Falas <+4>
Dropped by a Dracolich at 3350 feet (level 67).

    +4 charisma.
    Provides immunity to cold.
    Provides resistance to light, dark.
    Provides protection from fear.
Cannot be harmed by acid, electricity, fire, cold.

When activated, it grants temporary resistance to cold for 1d10+10 turns.
Takes 66 to 72 turns to recharge at your current speed.
Your chance of success is 85.0%.

For those nights when cold immunity isn't enough, here's Falas, Amulet of redundancy.

That's because your character is male... The Amulet of Phallus only provides resistance to BALLS of cold, not CONES of cold!
You read the scroll labeled NOBIMUS UPSCOTI...
You are surrounded by a stasis field!
The tengu tries to teleport, but fails!

        The Shovel of Moron

        Yes a Rand-Arts creation, only a moron would have ... !

        The Shovel of Moron (1d2) (+12, +!4) [+27] (+9)
Dropped by an Ancient multi-hued dragon at 4350 feet (level 87).

        +9 dexterity, charisma, tunneling, speed.
        Slays dragons.
Cannot be harmed by acid, electricity, fire, cold.
        Sustains intelligence.

Now, only a Moron would have used a shovel against an Ancient multihued dragon.... appropriately named!

          Hey, it does slay dragons...

(And that weapon's not half-bad, honestly. +9 speed and decent +to-dam.)

It.. uh... didn't permit its former owner to get past the ancient multi-hued dragon I ran into... with a much better *slay dragon* weapon on me.

True - if I hadn't had better, I would have been tempted to tunnel out the entire floor with that thing.
