Play style quirks - what do you like? (Silly thread)

I also compulsively dig out any buried treasure I walk past.

I also never squelch water or juice potions and always drink them when I find them.
I use squelch minimally. If something could possibly have any use to me at all I don't squelch it.
I know I have more play quirks, but that's all I think of at the moment. I haven't played in a few days.

I barely ever hoard or triage consumables. If I find a potion of healing, it will usually get quaffed on the same level. I've gotten somewhat better about this in V though, with CCWs being worthwhile.

Most of my characters have hugely inappropriate names (e.g. Charlie the High-Elf Necromancer, Stuart the Dwarven Priest). I know what they look like, what equipment they prefer, and often give them quirky back stories.

I tweak source codes frequently and mercilessly, which is why I have only one character on the ladder.

I refuse to squelch using the squelch menus. I'll go out of my way to step on an item so I can squelch it using 'k' even when playing for low turncount.

my care for a char goes from 0 to 100 when i find a lantern, ee~ if i get maggot and lantern from bm before i go down i am on a roll,~!!!!!!

Quirky Q fighting

One that I have thought of but never managed to completely adhere to: All "Q"s must be defeated with melee only. The Nexus ones are the worst.
