    Font size on ubuntu?

    is there a way to change the font size on terms on ubuntu?

    term 1 and 2 have a perfectly reasonable default font size but term 3 has a tiny font size for some unknown reason.

    The file ~/.angband/Angband/x11-settings.prf is the key. Mine looks like this:

    Code:
    # Angband X11 settings

    # Term 0
    COLS_0=100
    ROWS_0=25
    IBOX_0=1
    IBOY_0=1
    FONT_0=10x20
    TILE_WIDTH_0=10
    TILE_HEIGHT_0=20
    Term 1 font size will be controlled by FONT_1, etc - so you just need to set FONT_3 to a reasonable size.

      x11-settings.prf did not already exist I tried adding it but had no affect.

        I should have checked - are you using the x11 front end?

            Did you build it yourself or install the distro package? The x11-settings.prf should be in the package, and should do the job.
