When you set the disturb option for "visible monsters" moving, it doesn't save you from obvious doom. E.g. check out http://angband.oook.cz/ladder-show.php?id=8904.
I'd like at least for disturb when a monster moves into reverse targeting position.
I also think I would like, perhaps as yet another option, to be disturbed when something moves from outside ESP range into ESP range. That's important when monsters with KILL_WALL or PASS_WALL come at you from afar, you rest, and watch in horror as the foe charges up to kill you. The only difficulty is something at the edge of detection range moving back and forth in and out of ESP range.
