    Well it can improve inventory management in a more "V" manner rather than adding quivers and bags (which IMHO are more suitable in variants) as a lot of people have been suggesting.

    Not in the context of "only one negative vote". I am more strongly opposed, for the time being, to F019 than to F013, although after further discussion perhaps I might change my mind.

    That's why it's given as "N/A". Those items have been removed from voting (for whatever reason) and are kept in the list just so people don't wonder where they've gone. Full details in the first post of this thread.

    That's a huge change. Any discussion needs a thread unto itself. That's also true for some others. This all-at-once is a bad way to discuss these multiple changes IMO.
    That's what the 'Discuss' links are for. Start (or find) a thread and I'll link it.

    IMO mage and priest books should be merged, so that would be a side effect. I understand that this is radical and has never been discussed, but at least in V it is clear to me that it would improve the game.

    I am in favor, but not strongly enough to use one of 3 votes.

    Only in a changed game where gold is much rarer. Actually, IMO everything that is saleable should be on sale all the time, even though that approach would weaken stores enormously [no ego items etc].

    The standard roller is only useful as a challenge option for masochists. They can pick their stats on their own.

    F014 N/A "monsters waking up shouldn't act right away" Discuss

    Wasn't that fixed already?

    F021 N/A "Strengthen mage and priest charm spells"

    Opposed, in the sense that they should be removed. A "make a monster into a friend" spell would be interesting, but that is variant level.

    I suspect the reason it hasn't been implemented has more to do with its controversy than its difficulty. If it gets lots of votes here maybe that will change.

    From a practical point inventory of above 'w' would just result in a --more-- where the w line was and [space] switched display. Exactly as seen in shop inventories (probably the same code could be adapted).

    Three extra letters wouldn't 'break' anything, how much it would be 'bent out of shape' would be a matter for gameplay testing and such.

    There are still loads of people who use 80x24 screens. It's not "historic". Besides, if it ain't broke, don't fix it: Angband is an inventory management game, why change it?

    I guess you mean "inventory" not "equipment list". I have added your suggestion to the first post.

    Could x,y, and z be included in the equipment list so that we have all 26 alphabets? I think the only reason for not including them is that historically that was the only number of options that could fit in the screen.
