Arvedui or MBA of the Rohirrim?

I can't decide... because Arvedui gives me Nexus and Shard resistance, and MBA of Rohirrim gives me Fear, Confusion and Sound.... hmmm....

If you don't have another source of confusion resistance then Rhorrim is the obvious choice. I would also choose sound resistance over nexus or shards. Fear resistance is useful even if you're not a warrior, since being afraid lowers your ability to use devices.

You get intrinsic rFear at cLvl 30 with a warrior. Nexus stat scrambling would end your game, but I don't remember if that was removed in 3.1 and it is a fairly unlikely effect. You should check if the str bonus from arvedui gets you another blow with your favorite weapon.
