I'm just curious about the recent change which only does the
'monster rebalancing code' if you use a new -r flag.
Why is this made an option? So it can be playtested further?
And I'm just curious what the biggest play difference is with regards
to the decision to make/not make this the default.
Was experience gained from monster kills decided to be too low? (or high?)
