Rest options

So I have downloaded 3.1.0 to my eee, just to see what all the fuss is about. It looks really nice, but hey, Andrew, how's possible the Rest to full health/full spellpoints is still not part of Vanilla? I distinctly remember submitting it to EyAngband 0.1.x

So take this as a feature request from me.

It's not quite the same, but my request is for a "disturb when reaching full mana" disturbance option.

I have that hardcoded in my patch, but I'd guess it's not for everyone.

If you hit 'R' and then Enter it'll rest to full hp/sp. Or manually enter the & for duration.

Another feature request: autotarget nearest monster. I think I did this in NPP and it works real well. Takes the strain off the * key
