So the first random artifact armour I found in my most recent game is a cloak with +3 movement speed.

My question is: what would you choose +3 movement speed or +10 speed? If you had the choice in the same slot (I don't by the way)

It's dependent, obviously. But with enough other speed, +3 movement and extra shots means nothing can touch you.
