It's not a big deal- if there's an easy fix then go for it but just thought I'd mention it. I just noticed it because I was listening with some music on in the background and having a harder time hearing.

e: new series is very helpful, I just got my guy to 450' with Lore Master, Flanking, Charge/Finesse/Zone of Control. Died as I usually do (overconfidence). Met a new orc unique with a large escort, temporarily got out of it with an herb of rage, then somehow started to hallucinate, and all the o's that flooded back into the room looked like wolves. Instead of running up the stairs, I switched my spear of Gondolin for my long sword of Doriath...

One suggestion: you could probably boost the mic gain a little bit- I can hear it OK, but only with my system volume at max.

My mic gain is at max

What I should do is speak louder and actually into the microphone. Let me see if I can do something to fix it next time, sorry for the low sound quality.

Woot. Liking it. Curious to see where you go from here.

Love the insights into various checkpoints, what good #'s for various depths should roughly be, and how you value abilities, and abilities vs. raw skills.

Also didn't know that about Sword Spider AI...

The lore-keeper vs. lore-master thing in MPA Sil is interesting also. You still have to wait for staves to ID gear... but consumables are ok, and you have other options for your deep investment into Perception

I'm 15 minutes into Sil Screencast 36: Silcast of clouded's Edain Hador, and I have to say...

This is frigging awesome.

This play-by-play style is so reminiscent of sportscasters, it's crazy. I'm only like 15 min in, and already there's so many times like "With this high strength he really benefits with throwing spears AND HE GETS FINDS SOME" ... "You really want that big axe so that when it connects it counts, especially with sword spiders AND THERES ONE RIGHT THERE"

It's exciting, like Debo's prescient sportscaster.... "at this depth he could really use a AND HE GETS THE DROP!" --> "He goes for the net, he's waiting out the food clock AND HE MAKES IT"

So excited to see more like this. Learning so much from both the player & the caster.
