How to report a bug for Angband 4.2.0

Subject says it all. I found a bug, not sure who to tell this too...so please let me know or pass the attachment below

This method works just fine

By coincidence, I found and fixed that bug in the development version last week.

One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
