Actually I noticed those and I think there is one more there somewhere, but old habits die hard 
. I'm so used to that red Gervais troll as an etten, I just had make a version based on that. And as you said, more variance does not hurt anyone. Etten btw is the name used in LOTR and ettin in DnD. My guess is that DnD uses ettin for copyright reasons.

Actually I'm starting to see ettins as separate type (family) of monster, like two headed giants
But of course it's great to have biodiversity in terms of monster's lore in different variants
