    drop-artifacts from monsters

Nick, I was just looking over the recent commits on Github to get an idea of what has changed in the last four or five nightlies. Since I don't code, it was just to get a general idea. One question popped up. Why the change - Remove drop-artifacts from monsters? I can see why having Morgoth drop directly makes sense, but it also changes how people could easily make their own variants. I'm thinking here of how you have Ungoliant drop her really cool special cloak in FAAngband. Also, the description at the top of monster.txt should be modified to remove the command description.

Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see.”

It was a quick fix to get around a problem with the way randarts are read. My thinking is actually that the correct place for drop artifacts is in quest.txt, and at some point I will make that happen.

Sounds good and makes total sense. Looking forward to alternate quests and ... wilderness!
