Monster generator for older variants

It's a shoddy Perl script that generates most of a monster profile from CLI arguments.

Obviously it's mostly so I can add stuff to Neoband without getting a splitting headache. But it should work for most other pre-4.0 variants too, possibly with minor modification.

Edit: also I'll be committing more tools at some point, for generating items and whatnot. Hopefully soon, but who knows...

Edit 2: removed flags/spells/attacks support for now, making it even more shoddy (but also more reliable).
