I think Trac is (or was) being rebuilt to handle Git better. More here when I know for sure (which involves asking on IRC).
Well, it's down while the database is updated to link previous tickets to git commits. Unforch takk's server can't handle the full real-time git integration (source browsing etc.) - to be fair to the server, the trac-git plugin is notoriously inefficient.
@Nick: I can replicate the crash, but why would it be that commit, which is specific to squelching? Did you mean a different commit in that merge? Or is it something to do with dummy objects?

I only mentioned the commit to identify which nightly build - they are labelled by commits.
