Why is angband.ico not in the win folder?

    Why is angband.ico not in the win folder?

    As far as I know, Windows is the only platform which uses the "ico" format, and compilation instructions on MSVC involve copying angband.ico from src to src/win... so why is it not in there in the first place, rather than in src?

    Just thought I'd ask
