SDL sound

Does anyone
Use the SDL port in linux (either in V or a variant) and

Have working sound?

I have SDL 1.2, and sound doesn't work in either FA or Vanilla. I can get sound by using the windows port in Wine, but that's not really the point.

Hmmm. I use the SDL port on Linux, and I'm pretty sure the sound works. I don't usually use it though, so I'll double-check and get back to you.
