In the description for the Phial, it says "It can be activated." but doesn't say what it does. I am able to activate it for Call Light like normal. Is this intended?

Probably not just yet, since I'm not finished merging in your patch.

It didn't change after I activated it, although I was kinda thinking it might be a new feature that an Artifact has an Activation but you don't know what it is until you use it, which is an interesting idea.
