Dumps don't carry turncount information. So what do you want me to do, Nick? Revert to regular Ladder sorting by max.exp?

You could sort by depth - and in Steam the dungeon is reversed, so smaller numbers should be higher on the ladder. Or depth x experience. Or something. How about you do something, and then we see whether anyone complains?

Ok I did some modifications. Once someone updates his dump, stuff may happen.

What's up with teleport? (etheric travel)

It teleport acting "funny", or am I just very unlucky.

I teleport (1 of 3) away from some chimpanzees, because they can blind me and I have no defense or effective remedy.
I land near Solarion, the Beautiful, whom I (probably) can't kill or outrun so, after a turn or two, I teleport (2 of 3) again, right back into the room of chimpanzees, hmmm.
Quickly cornered, and figuring my limited resources would be put to better use elsewhere (I'm simply looking for already detected stairs), I teleport again (last one), and land back in the room with Solarion, whom I now must kill, and that just doesn't seem very likely.

            Coincidence, I think not!

PS... after a lucky phase, I found myself with a reasonable chance to flee, only to find my flight corridor blocked by rubble, and no time to clear it. Having to stand and fight, I managed to knock off enough of Solarions companions to gain a level and restore my SP, so now I'm going to try and kill her, and if unsuccessful, I'll attempt to phase to the opposite side of the rubble. Even then, things don't look good for me, as all the staircases are on the opposite end of the map.

No, I've noticed it as well. In the end that wasn't what did me in though, just plain old confusion.

I think this teleport business is bad luck/power of suggestion. I did some impromptu testing w/ a big stack of ?teleport, 3 uniques on a level, plenty of other monsters and didn't notice anything amiss.

Teleport will look for available places to land at a given distance - so clearly the place you've just left will be an option. Depending on the structure of the dungeon level you're on, it may even be the only option. This is what causes this phenomenon (which happens in other *bands too).

                    Steamband Ammo Bug

Rather then uncursing the {cursed} ammo in my Pistol I simply sold it. I wasn't sure if that would work, but it did, and I though my problem was solved.

Since I now needed a gun, I bought a Rifle. Upon trying to wield the Rifle I get the message "The pistol bullets you have loaded in your gun appear to be cursed". This is the gun I already sold and no longer posses. Sure enough, equipment slot n reads "In gun: 2 pistol bullets (2d11|0) {cursed}".

Uncursing the bullets freed up the slot but if there's a maintainer out there, this really should be fixed, one way or the other.

I could have sworn someone (I'm guessing Leon) figured out a fix for this particular problem to make it less likely to end up in the same place twice.
