Competition 62 is now available from the competition page. It is a V3.0.9b Dwarf Warrior with a slight starting advantage. The competition will run for 3 weeks, and I'm expecting some winners.

Will there be a record of the old competitions available somewhere? I mean, you can still access the comp #61 ladder (http://angband.oook.cz/ladder-browse.php?compo=61) but it would be nice to be able to browse back and see the starting criteria too.Comment

Well, that's a valid choice. My guess is that someone who sticks with the PDSM will find it pays off later ... and I think FA, SI and speed will most likely be the critical things.One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne

On the competition page...
Clicking on the save file, opens it, doesn't download it, must right click, save as.
The link to Angband isn't click-able, must be copied and pasted.

On my mac (safari browser) savefiles have always opened in the browser - I've gotten used to option-click to download. It downloaded fine in firefox, so it seems to be a browser-specific problem/feature.Comment
