Back after hiatus - am I ready?

I often ask this question and I usually find I'm not because I die in some standard way long before I get to him... Yet - somehow - despite messing with Gabriel too many times and not getting myself killed - I am starting to think I'm ready to drop the rest of the way and get some epic fight going on.

So this is just a status check. Am I ready? If I am not - what am I missing? (this save dump was created while I've been in the dungeon for a while - I will go back up and get my !Healing, etc and get rid of the other crap I haven't dropped yet obv).

The only thing you're missing is disenchant, but since you'll probably destroy things with archery anyway, you can live without it. Just watch out for the tarrasque.

For final two I suggest more healing potions. Consumables are low, equipment is rather good.

Check all big three melee weapons, not all good weapons are artifacts. IIRC 3.1.2 had those Fury weapons, BoC or MoD of Fury can beat pretty much any other weapon into game.

I have only seen 2 BoC and one MoD. I encountered a fury weapon early on, but it wasn't very good.

I'll keep my eye out for more healing.

Cool! Now you have to win with different race/class combinations, ironman, variants...
