    Which standarts have wrong dice sizes? I can't think of any.

    I think there is a hard limit of 9 dice somewhere in the code, but if there isn't I'll happily allow 24d1 - I agree that would be better than changing die size.

      Aule immediately comes to mind. I know I noticed others in the past, but that may have changed since 3.0, since things changed both for base dice and for artifacts. OTOH I recently died to an AMHD I mistook for a cave ogre, so clearly I am not to be trusted on details.

      P.S. I sent you an email about a fix for blows in stores.

        Yes, I just got it - thanks. Will commit this w/e.

        Aule is a 9d3 warhammer, which are usually 3d3. I don't think anyone has messed with dice sizes.

            Ah, my bad. To be fair, nobody changed the dice, they simply changed the base item name and then *failed* to change the dice to d1. Aule always *was* a Warhammer, hence the d3. If I can find and get around any 9-dice limit I'll change it to 18d1, which is what it should be as a Great Hammer.

              OK - artifact tridents are still d8s, but that's just another change that did not get synced. I'm probably just confused about 3.0 artifacts.

                I vote to restore it as warhammer instead. There is nothing great in great hammers IMO. Unless you are planning to add something special for "hit a max dice" -effect.

                  Game turns. There was no counter for player turns back then. I think day is 1000 game turns, not sure though.

                  I didn't actually see the borg playing that game, I just oogled at the scoreboard with Half-Orc rogue winner with only 1.5 million turns used. Considering that ordinary borg winner had 15-20+ million turns used I would have liked to see what an earth it had found. Must have been BoS at dlvl1, Ringil as soon as it was even relatively possible or something similar.

                  Anyway even getting borg winner as Half-orc rogue means that it isn't bad combination. At least borg knew how to play with it.

                    The stores restock every 10k game turns, and they restock many times per actual day, so the day is certainly not 1000 game turns long.
