    Unbreakable pebbles changing game play

So previously once I found a bow/crossbow, I would ditch slings for good (unless I found something truly exceptional)

But now, until I find an elite bow (or an excellent longbow/crossbow)
I am sticking with my very good/excellent sling much longer than I did previously.

I swear my druid has killed uncountable wargs, orcs et al with the same 10 pebbles

Agree completely - using slings more often now in the early game - part of the attraction is weight "bonus" - you simply don't need to carry as much ammo.

Which is the opposite of previous because iron shots weighed more than arrows/bolts

The upside was you could throw pebbles/shots for damage, but not bolts/arrows

But now. Slings until you find an elite bow

(and even if you find that elite artifact crossbow - if the Nexus hound breathes on you just as you step on it to id it and you sink to through the floor, you may not be able to use your *6 (+14,+18) artifact bow)

Not that I'm bitter or anything - it's the first Artifact I've found!!!!!

It also has the effect of allowing to use my best ammo every time - not saving it for bigs or dragons etc.

I'm going to count this one as a win
One for the Dark Lord on his dark throne
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.

I am going to go to hell for the amount of laughter this caused me.

This bow has gained mythic proportions in my household
I have no idea what it did
It was probably ESP, +20 speed, +7 to all stats, resist everything
