Woah - so in most cases when I win a game, the next ten @'s are toast.
I over-estimate their capabilities and they die a quick death before 500 feet.
But when I finally defeated Morgoth with a half-orc blackguard, I chose to play an elven ranger because I hadn't won with a pure elf yet and I hadn't played a ranger in a while.
But June found a ridiculously early overpowered bow
b) a Long Bow of Power (x3) (+8,+23)
Found lying on the floor at 550 feet (level 11) and then went on to defeat Morgoth
meaning back-to-back wins which I've never come close to before...
