Disappointment Since Slicer had the scroll of artifact creation anyway, I figured he'd head down to dlevel 127 in Angband and read it on a blade of chaos (diamond edge would have been better, but he hasn't seen one all game), for the 1 in 100 chance of getting a weapon he'd rather use against the Chemist than Muramasa. You know how sometimes you really want something, and its long-shot, but the pieces are all in place, so you're hoping that maybe, just maybe, it'll all come together? Well, this wasn't that time.
