Gorbag never stood a chance. Okay, I know he's not the toughest Unique ever, and I realize most people only post very high level things here... but I really enjoyed how this played out. Originally, I was where the purple ~ (Gorbag's corpse) was, and had five mirrors surrounding me. I kept pelting his minions with beam Light Drips until he showed up. Unfortunately, Mirror Clashing is an expensive spell at that level, and he has a lot of hp. So I hit him as much as I could as he advanced. When he got close, I ran out of MP! I had just enough to cast Robe of Dust! Aieee, so close! So I started pelting him with Iron Shots until he was in melee. I hit him a couple good times, which proved to seal the deal. Once he finally got past my armor class (found a ring of Protection (Extra Armor) [+26]!) and hit me, the backlash brought him down to one star! Mwaha! I blew my mirrors and the resulting explosion finished him off! God I love Mirror-masters. I put a nice level 28 Shadow-fairy Magic-eater and a level 32 or so Half-titan Berserker on hold to play this one when I found the tip about destroying mirrors to deal damage at level one!
