*Greater* Pattern Vault Oh yeah! This *greater* pattern vault on dlev 87 is what I'm currently working on. My char, that is :P. Richard Wong was guarding the outside of the vault so while cleaning out the non-vault part of the level he was the first unique to die. Then I entered the vault (ethereal form is very useful) and could start killing. It's loaded with uniques, so it's a good opportunity to bring their numbers down. Tactics: teleport uniques outside of the vault, teleport out and fight them one-on-one. So far I've killed the Tarrasque, The Norsa, Carcharoth, Gothmog and Kronos. Currently fighting Lungorthin. I've left Oremorj, Azatoth and Tulzscha alone for now as they resist teleportation and I don't want them loose in the vault (and they are nasty!). I hope to get some good artifacts from this too :).
