Poison death two steps from safety
I was poisoned with low HP in the dungeon, recalled... and died two steps from the store with CCW.

Ok, someone had to say it. You were actually 3 steps from safety. Two steps to the store, then a third step to leave the store before you drank it. Still, dying like that adds insult to injury.

This one is a classic! I had something very similiar happen to me, i was four steps away and poisoned with no way to survive the walk. Luckily i stopped and searched my inventory, remembered my staff of the magi had a charge left and was able to cast cure poison in time.
