Smallville, in need of zoning ordinances This dungeon "town" is the smallest I have ever seen and very cramped. Every square has something. That square that looks like there's nothing in it actually has an awl-pike my precognition doesn't detect. That other square which looks like it has only a trap also has a small wooden boomerang. I encountered the "town" while playing the Annals of Ea ToME module with always small levels off. That's how my race can be a dragon. The economy of the "town" is a mystery. It sports a potion store, a shop for normal and rare footwear, a master archer, an axe smith, a scribe, a recaller, and a fortune teller. How can they all keep in business? The shop contents were underwhelming. The only thing of interest was a stack of two identify scrolls at the scribe. The weapons on the ground were of average quality and my automatizer destroyed them promptly. Posted on 16.4.2004 16:47 Comments? No comments yet. Seen 3152 times. |
