I think this is the 4th level that I decided to clear. Basically I overstay a level hoping to generate a few extra enemies/uniques for the experience, then I read a scroll of deep descent. On this level (DL 15 with 4-3 level feeleings) an illusionist spawned a few turns ago. His drop: Wizards Tome of Power (native to DL 60). I hope this doesn't mean that Arcane Control will show up in the late 50's.

Update: I stopped diving at around DL40 and started clearing levels from that point on hoping to find Arcanne Control. I thought I would have to clear 3 or 4 levels at most, but boy was I wrong... the RNG decided Arcane Control was not to be seen until DL55. After that I kept diving via ?Deep Descent 'til I ran out of scrolls at DL 95.
