O-level? Well it's not, those rooms are vanillas but the corridors are the O-numbers. It's hard to compare as my settings for the symbols in O are different, but you can see the more blocky style with straight corridors. Actually looks a fair bit less ugly in modern V but still not as aesthetically nice as a V level. It looks like a Sil style level is trickier to do.
