Out of depth vault
Never found this vault before on 200 feet. Usually spawns mid-game (400-500 feet) and is usually bad news. Pretty sure there are monsters/uniques in the four rooms that can be 150 feet or so out of depth. I cleared it, and found 2 tattered wights, a bunch of white wolves, Boldog and company, and a nightthorn.
