Dilemma in Quest Vault After teleporting away a Grand Master Mystic, a Dreadlord and a Mature Chromatic Dragon, Telkir XLII was able to clear out the remainder of this vault's inhabitants. However, one formidable foe still stands in his way, an Eye Druj, and none of his magic makes any dent in this innocent-looking creature. From rumours and the diaries of other adventurers, Telkir knows that to look upon such a Druj is sure to court death... and yet he must get to the chest it guards! What can be done? The ring of acid and the rods of lightning balls will be effective, if you target the open door ("'"), but it will not be enough. (Some people call that "LOS abuse" but monsters do it too.) If you don't have that, you may move a few squares away and cast lots of earthquakes, or cast Wonder lots (hundreds, thousands) of times. Wonder may cause *Destruction*, but perhaps Jeff has disabled it in vaults.
