nice randart ring :P
Just was playing around with my über char (without using debug, off course :-)), when I found the ring on the screenshot. Of course I don't place the chardump on this site, because the armor and weapon I have, were created because of an exploited alchemist bug (see earlier screenshot, but now the weapon is 10x as powerfull :P), but it's fun to play around with, especially after YASD with another char.
