Reforged 'Excalibur'
After realizing that my max reforging power wouldn't go higher than 170000 despite completion of Angband quests, I decided to reforge 'Excalibur' onto my current Pair of Dragon Boots and got some decent results. Before: a Pair of Dragon Boots [5,+11] {AcElNxSoCaFe, Clvl 38, Zul '7'} After: (See screenshot aka Reforged 'Excalibur'!)
