Well, for being always_small_levels without ironman_rooms, I was impressed. As it turns out, not all that much to be found here, this was the crappy GCV variety. The blue ~ on the second row of the right vault was the Star of Elendil, and the brown = on the bottom row was the ring of Flare. No useful artifacts besides those. However, fake GCVs make excellent hiding places from reavers and the like (note the black L moving NE)

Traditionally the C in GCV stands for Checkerboard. The reason it's "fake" is that a "real" GCV has 40-level-out-of-depth monsters in every cell and guaranteed excellent items in at least half the cells.
