You have to decide whether you want to burn one of your Potions of Speed or not...i'd be tempted to save them, but that could be too greedy. Assuming your chardump is up to date with this screenshot, you should be able to take these guys. The conservative route would be to use your Wand of Stinking Cloud to get as many of them as possible at a time. If you're feeling a little braver, you can hope for an elemental ball spell out of your wand of wonder, or try to hit the gnome mage with an elemental bolt from it.
