Stay or run? Very shortly after the previous screenshot I get myself into another fine mess. In this case I was injured and saw the gentlemen in question coming down the corridor. No problem, I thought -- I'll just hide in this corner and let them wander past. However it's just become apparent that they're coming over here to mill. The question is: what's my best course of action? I think I'll stop here for the night and think about it; suggestions are welcome. As I see it I have three sensible approaches: try to hide very tight in the corner and hope nobody bumps into me; quaff a potion of quickness now and make a run for the stairs; perhaps run, but try to take out some archers on the way. Unfortunately I forgot to use one of the turns I was passing to switch back to my shortsword from the greatsword I took down a Grave Wight with, so I'd need to use a turn on that if I decided to go the combat route. I have fair odds of killing each of them in one attack, and the others might well not notice me if I'm successful -- the issue is if there's a survivor.
