ella's demise
So Ella saw some Cave spiders and, recalling that they were wanted by the town's monster-hunting office, moved in with her mace. Little did she know that there was apparently a pit of Space Monsters lurking nearby who were stirred by her movements. She attempted to hack, and then shoot, her way back to the stairwell but was overwhelmed by the blackness. I think I should have tried wand of confusing the first one to block my escape path.
