Time Stop Babble Kill Just showing the very effective method of poison needle + time stop with a mindcrafter in Hengband. Basically, I dig an anti-summoning corridor to get the babble close to me without nuking like crazy, time stop, get next to it and stab away. Usually one or two time stops with full mana will do the trick. Unfortunately, the method doesn't work so well in the Arena fight, with its fixed open space. Only the Ninja, Samurai or Nature spellcasters really have a chance against the bloody Babble in the Arena.
